BikeCat - Fast Freddie training camp

We would like to welcome you to Girona, a charming town located half way between Barcelona and the Pyrenees. Home of many professional riders, Girona offers amazing conditions for cycling practice: scenic and peaceful roads and mild weather to train all year round.

This upcoming year, Fred Rodriguez, Fast Freddie Foundation and BikeCat are offering an exclusive fundraising cycling camp in Girona, Spain. All profits will be going to the FF Foundation to help develop and support youth cycling.

Now you have the opportunity to come and ride where Fred Rodriguez and many other professionals do. Together we share our knowledge and enthusiasm for this region. We will lead you to learn and improve with Fred’s professional coaching while you discover the insider secrets of this land, spectacular landscapes, and incredible backroads.

We have prepared a trip of 8 days/7 nights with 6 riding days.
We will spend the first day in Barcelona, and then head up to Girona. We will stay in the unique 5 star hotel of Girona with incredible views of the city. We will ride with Fred along the roads he has been training these years in his preparation for la Volta a Catalunya and Le Tour de France. And to further your experience, we will bring you to taste our finest local cuisine. Meticulously selected restaurants along the road and relaxing dinners at the end of the day are the perfect choice for these unforgetta ble rides.

Bring your family or partner and they will come with Debbie to enjoy the spectacular sights of this land without need of a bike. She will lead them to the Costa Brava, Barcelona, medieval villages, and much more. At the end of the day you will join your family to enjoy your vacation and the fine food and wines of the area.
